I've been trying to find somewhere to write a review of this store all day! What brilliant customer service. I went there today to upgrade, and due to issues with my old phone I was in and out of the store a few times today (none of it their fault - all me). I was the stereotypical problem customer on a busy Saturday and they couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, tolerant and just plain fab. I was served by George, who went above and beyond, and made sure I left there with exactly what I wanted. He even showed me how much data I have been using and saved me forking out for a more expensive tariff I didn't need. And the other staff were also really kind and helpful. Totally top drawer customer service at this little phone shop in Bognor Regis. I think what sells a big company are the people who work in the local branches - Three is lucky to have these guys, after today I wouldn't consider leaving the network and would recommend it to everyone.
