Skilfully addressed coffee stain on cream wool carpet. Stain was a week old and I didn't expect such a brilliant job. Happened just before Christmas when I didn't think anyone would come out but Peter said he would even have come out on Christmas Day!
I was kept informed of his ETA on two visits necessary to complete treatment.
