Recently my partner and me visited this establishment and spent over £400. When we asked about delivery we were informed that because we had spent over £400 delivery was free. I should point out that as the company employee made this statement, the company were duty bound to uphold what he said. However when we got to the till and advised them of the delivery address, we were told ahh because that's out of our free zone you will have to pay £20. So given that we were told one thing then informed we had to pay delivery, I'm of the opinion that the company should have honored what the employee said. So in my opinion this company should refund me my £20 if just for the principal. Of course I bet I never see it. So my advice,big you shop there make sure what your told is correct or you could be out of pocket. One thing for certain I won't be back.
