If you value your car, take it elsewhere

Tyremen used to be excellent, great service and great customer attention. and it still is, until they damage your car.
Had 2 tyres fitted to my car a week or so ago and EVERY time it is left in their care, I specifically request to take extra care with the wheels and NOT to scratch them - mainly as they are as new diamond cut wheels. The workshop manager assures you that the wheels will not be scratched. Only this time, the car is returned with a 6 to 7 inch scratch around the rim face of the diamond cut.
Tyremen will only offer you a refurb on these wheels, and also suggest Wheelemin who fail to do this job (used them 3 years ago, wheels peeled in 4 months).
Furthermore, the time and effort it actually takes you to get this done will cost you more than it has cost Tyremen to pay for the job! They won't offer any compensation for you lost hours of work or travel expenses, or taxi fee costs.
