Excellent, helpful and friendly service. I spoke to Jonathan by phone and explained the problem with my printer which he correctly diagnosed but still made a next day visit to me just to be sure. After carrying out tests he confirmed the problem and I ordered a new part which I fitted today. Problem solved. Thank you Jonathan.
