-0 stars. I booked my car in for an oil change and fuel cleaner on line, whilst standind in the Halfords reception as I was told the deal I wanted had to be booked on line. The internet got diconeted so I rang and confirmed the booking had gone through along with my payment. The car was booked in for 12.30 today. When I arrived I was told to come back at 4.30. I said I had been booked in for 12.30. The reply was 12.30 was the drop off time for the car. I left the car and came back at 4.30 and the car was where I had left it earlier and no work had been done. The excuse was ther was other cars waiting. I said maybe they should not book so many cars in. Asked for my keys and a refund. He said I would have to ring customer services for a refund. No aswer from customer services.What a waste of thime this company is. If you want to waste your time go to Halfords.
