Terry arrived this morning to fix my oven door repair i no it was going to be a fiddly job, but from previous engineers from glotech who came originally and only fixed half the job promised they would return but to no avail even after several phone calls and emails from myself so avoid that company at all cost, terry came to the rescue really nice bloke pleasant manner, he was determined to get the job done without returning luckily i had a spare oven door available that he was able to use and fix my issues he managed to fix all issues in a good manner of timing probaly took a little more time but terry went above and beyond to get the job done correctly, top man, would highly recommend
