I contacted Fraser having read the reviews on Yell.com. We were fully intending to replace a very heavy steel double garage door by either a roller door or a sectional door. Major challenges were the height available which ruled out a roller door and an array of central heating pipework on the garage ceiling which ruled out a sectional door. However, Fraser came up with a solution using our existing door. It needed the most powerful motor available which had to be specially ordered from Germany. It was received within ten days and four days later it was installed in less than 2 hours at a fraction of the cost of a new door. It works beautifully and in a week’s time Fraser will be installing a similar unit for a neighbour. My message to anyone considering a replacement or a repair to a garage door, is do not consider using anyone else. The service provided to us by Fraser and his colleague was simply outstanding.
