He was unable to carry out any of these. He was unable to adjust the front door - thinks it needs adjustable hinges which he doesn't carry. The wrong size replacement glass was the wrong size (had given the wrong measurements to your supplier). He couldn't repair the window hinge because it has rivets instead of screw fixings.
