The door seal went on our Neff washer, JD came out to view it, sort the part and came back 10 days later to fix even though they had never done one before. Great price and service and no call out fee. I passed his details to the kitchen installers we used as their guy had retired. Will not use anyone else again. How all businesses and tradesmen should be!
