Phoned Roy on a Friday and he came out the same day. He explained on the phone the cost per hour so I was aware of the price before he carried out the work. He arrived promptly and he addressed and fixed all 3 plumbing problems I had. He was polite ,professional and friendly and cleaned up as he worked. I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use Roy in the future.
