Excellent Pilates instruction, fully tailored for each person's individual needs in Newport

Nina is a very experienced & well trained Pilates instructor who is able to tailor all classes to suit the individual needs of every member of the class. The classes are interesting and varied and enjoyable and very reasonably priced and a in a perfect location for ease of access from anywhere on the island as it is right in the middle of the Newport Bus Station in the centre of the island.

Thank you for your very kind and positive review. It is always lovely to hear that people enjoy my Pilates classes. My Pilates studio is still in central Newport but I have now moved to a new location in Lower Pyle Street just 5 minutes walk from the bus station as it has a larger space for my mat work classes.
