Excellent service. Came to fix an emergency leak, late on a Saturday night. Friendly, super efficient, found and fixed the leak quickly. Stayed to make sure the heating was all working again. Would recommend.

Whilst the work that IDC conduct is to a high standard, they are unreliable and unprofessional. Aware of how busy they were, I agreed to wait a few months for a tiling job.

When I contacted them back to find out when they were coming they advised me that they were now even busier and had scheduled work for the following four months and would no longer be able to do it.

Not recommended. If they're not on site, don't bother.
