My previous review of this business was banned because it was negative, no other reason. They kept my expensive watch for weeks, made it worse and it cost me £250 to put it right elsewhere. How is this an offensive review when it is the simple truth?

The installation is nothing more than OK. Good electrician, mediocre plasterer. WARNING Do not make a warranty claim as they do not want to know.

I cannot speak too highly of the professionalism and effectiveness of this practice. All the staff are friendly and informal, I have personally never had to wait for an appointment, and the attention to detail and customer service is beyond reproach. Also, unlike many private businesses in the healthcare sector, you know what it will cost even before treatment has started !
