The team Merchiston Dry Cleaners cleaned and pressed my kilt. The level of customer service by Leighann and the team was amazing. A great example of how a customer service team should be.
As for Colin. What he doesn't know about dry cleaning is not worth knowing. Another well-known supermarket dry cleaner made a real mess of my business suit. I thought it was fit for the bin, but Colin worked his magic and brought my suit back to life.
