Called and left a message which was returned within 15 mins and an appointment scheduled for the next morning.

Matthew assessed the problem and suggested a solution. The work was completed on the same day to a high standard.  Before and after photos were taken so I could see the work that had been undertaken (I had no desire to climb on top of the roof!!)

Matthew and his colleague were friendly and polite (removed their shoes when coming into the house) and arrived on time and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Kelly responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and arranged a site visit within a few days. She provided good advise on the types of tiles that would be suitable and also suggested cost effective solution that saved money! The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. They took particular care with the finish and even took the time to locate the owner of the car parked outside my property so they could move it, in order to avoid it getting dusty from the tiles been cut. There were additional issues that were uncovered during the work which they resolved without charging extra.

I would highly recommend Kelly and her team and would use them again for any tiling work.
