I was recommended to use Nav by my best friend as I’m not from Birmingham and I am very fussy about my makeup and hair. Not knowing Nav at the time we exchanged few texts about what I wanted doing to my hair and makeup.... she was great and very understanding. Nav did a fabulous job with my hair and makeup, got complemented all night. Nav is a lovely person, very warm and friendly, she even sorted my mums hair out.
