Disappointing. Mother’s Day flowers delivered at teatime

Im so sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery time , unfortunately being it was Mothers Day we are never in a position to advise of a time and we always advise that they will take place within shop opening hours 9-6 at peak periods. ( Which I believe all deliveries were completed by 5:30 ) We always aim to have the deliveries with the recipient as soon as we possibly can , this year has been unprecedented with the unexpected volume we had to deliver do due to the current Covid situation so I can only apologise you were disappointed. Is the one star a representation of the flowers delivered or simply the delivery timescale ? as we are renowned for our floristry displays as you can see from our other reviews, as always best to call the shop and give us the opportunity to rectify a situation. We personally feel disappointed that you were unsatisfied with our service as we always aim to give customer satisfaction. Thank you for your feedback and we will take your comments on board.

Contacted Epitome Soft Furnishings to make a pelmet. I had already bought ready made curtains and wanted the same material and David was more than happy to use the material I provided. Brilliant service from start to finish, always kept up to date with progress of order. Delighted with pelmet. Will definately use again.
