Jay is an excellent instructor and also a very kind person with a great sense of humor. Throughout my learning journey she was supportive, patient and encouraging. I did my lessons with another instructor a few years ago during Covid, failed the test and ended up quitting, then I thought I'd give it another go and found Jay, when I thought I'd never pass the test due to my nerves, Jay has offered me countless pep talks, support and a firm and honest feedback when needed. She gave me the confidence I need and I couldn't recommend anyone better for the job than her.
