Westcott Air-Conditioning are a superb choice of service provider for any air-conditioning requirements.
From our initial inquiry at the beginning of March (leading rapidly to John's visit to assess the work and provide options and a quote), to the completion of installation just about a month later, the service provided was excellent throughout: Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality of Work, Professionalism and Value for Money was superb.
The quotation was very competitive (we did get multiple quotes) and the initial deposit requirement extremely reasonable.
The installers were particularly praiseworthy. Craig the Installation Lead was excellent. His two other colleagues were also clearly well versed in their trade and a pleasure to interact with. They conscientiously cleared up after their work and Craig explained the operation and functionality of the installation with great clarity.
This has been a very positive experience all throughout the process.
