Tracy has done my hair for the second time today. I have quite an unusual style that has only ever been cut by mother who was a hairdresser in her younger days. I was nervous initially, but thanks to Tracy's patience and understanding I was totally reassured. Had two CCTV cameras moved to new address. Job was carried out efficiently and quickly. There were problems with both cameras soon after being reinstalled. Lee came back out and spent his time rectifying the issues. The cameras were old and one kept tripping the power. New camera installed and the quality was amazing in comparison, so we decided to replace the second camera too. the clarity is outstanding. The work was completed at a very competitive price.

Started using this local company in Sept 2022. They did the windows a few times then it was pot luck whether they would turn up. I had asked in May 2023 if they would clear my gutters of any debris and clean the upvc. The gutters were cleared but I am still waiting for the upvc to be done. Also my windows have not been cleaned since July!! I did text Steven, and even said I understood the poor weather conditions would cause a slight delay, but have heard no response. Poor customer service from this company and sadly shows choosing a family, local run business does not always pay off. Looks like I will be resuming the search for a reliable window cleaner. Such a shame as they appeared to be canny lads.

Old chimney needed to be reduced down to a safe height, pots refitted, compromised pointing to brick work redone and new cement cap on top. Mark was punctual, reliable and very professional. His quote was very competitive and the work was carried out soon after. Mark completed the work on arrival within a day and was very approachable and happy to answer any questions. CRT are the only company that have enabled me to watch my smart TV independently of the digital recorder being on. Amazing! Very competitive price. Only cost £120! Worth every penny and more. After storm Arwen on Friday I sent a text to Richard on the Saturday re loose tiles, loose felt on the flat roof and damaged guttering/downpipe. He replied quickly and added my repairs to his ever growing list. I was expecting to wait a couple of weeks or so due to demand from the damage caused to many properties by this storm. I was totally surprised when Richard turned up on the Sunday morning to assess the damage and then carry out the repairs. Richard is so reliable, dependable and a true professional.
