Do not use this company. They fitted a new oil boiler a year ago, its now due its annual service. which is paid for under a service contract. After numerous phone calls to their office over a five week period, of which none of the calls were returned, they have still not serviced the boiler which is needed to keep it in guarantee. Was promised someone would phone back on numerous occasions, that did not happen. Was promised the boiler would be serviced the next week, that did not happen and lastly was promised the boiler would be serviced 25th Nov 24 which did not happen either. They are taking money under false pretences. There are plenty of good reliable companies out there, sadly this is not one of them

Phoned them on Monday for advise on a matter, was promised that someone would call me back later that day, waited two days for that reply which never came.
You loose confidence that they would perform if they were given your enquiry
