Resilient have been providing care to my mother, in her home, for approximately three months. The care provided has included personal care, assistance with preparing breakfast and washing up afterwards, assistance with laundry. Over and above these tasks assistance has been given in arranging consultation with medical staff and obtaining medication. All members of staff have been friendly, very competent, and obliging. Resilient seem to be well enough staffed to be able to provide cover over potentially difficult periods such as weekends and bank holidays. Use of the "Bidie" app allows me to see a log of each visit practically in real time. Prior to take up Resilient I sent some practical questions to them and received comprehensive replies, from the owner of the company, practically instantly. At this point I would recommend Resilient unreservedly.

Mr Roberts is an incompetent project manager and a spectacularly horrible individual. If you deal with this company don't expect to get your cards from the top of the deck. Avoid.Like.The.Plague. My recommendation: go anywhere but here.
