On 21/01/21 at 4.50pm I used this petrol station. I was kept waiting for at least 1 minute before the pump was turned on. Upon entering the shop to pay I went to get some milk. As I didn’t go directly to the cashier he left his position and started to fill the coffee machine. When I challenged him about keeping me waiting again he was extremely rude to me and told me to shut up and go. The shop is very small. I clearly was not going to be in there for long. This man has a big attitude problem and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. This is the SECOND time I have been treated rudely in here and unless I receive an apology I will not be using this place again. I am a local man and will be telling everyone that I know. There are lots of people without jobs at the moment and yet you choose to employ rude, ignorant people like this to work in your establishment. I await your reply.
