From the first time I rocked up to the workshop, the lads, Matt &Glenn were really welcoming and proud of their craftsmanship. I arranged the job with Dave, who's business it is and I really can't recommend this firm highly enough.

They're so good, you might have a longer lead time but it's absolutely worth the wait!

Can't recommend highly enough!

The shoddy service started when I was struggling to obtain advance information before we travelled. I eventually gave up and waited for the tickets which came 4 days before departure. A taxi with 2 passengers plus luggage collected us and my partner and I had to wedge ourselves in beside them. Fortunately, they were really lovely people and we got along very well together. The 1st class coach was tired and dirty. Litter and crisp crumbs all around. We were told to use the filthy toilet sparingly. No toilet paper or hand towels. Someone told the driver about the toilet paper and he said there was none because it had been used! Dreadful.There were delays with traffic which were unavoidable but we were provided with little information about our various destination targets. A complete lack of care has been demonstrated on thecoach home today
With no useable toilet again. One of the drivers left early, we're invited to make our own drinks. Health and safety issues are overlooked here.
