The lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. She arranged the perfect bunch of flowers for me and had them delivered first thing the next day. They were beautiful, stylish and restrained.

Over priced and poorly presented

The Silchester Pagoda in particular is mutton dressed as lamb. I went to see one a few weeks ago and was disappointed at the overuse of shining spray oils which didn't hide that some of the 'rebuilt' engine chrome work was just badly painted silver paint and that there was overspray on the rubbers and even the wheel trims were not body coloured. There are better cars out there being sold by people that actually care about the cars they are selling. I can't imagine what would happen if the car went wrong. This is NOT the place I would go to spend 75 k on a pagoda.

I didn't think that this kind of rubbish service still existed in the UK. The sales girl I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been more unhelpful if she tried. I went to Sage Garden and was delighted both with the service and their willingness to help.

We feel this single review is very unfair! We work very hard on our customer services and we rairly if ever get complaints on this service and the services we supply. I am saddend to find this review posted so prominently, where everyone can believe this to be truth.

This review is based on my experience. I have no interest in reporting bad service rather joy in reporting good. As a customer, there is no need for me to put up with poor manners or lack of basic social skills so as it is my right to receive the appropriate attention when asking questions relevant to my order it is also my right to write the appropriate review.
