We had what we thought would be a simple stair runner, but endured a whole list of issues including: mismeasurement of material so were left one step short, taped where we specifically said we didn't want, grease marks all over walls from installation, material came away from steps within days, frayed, and misaligned.

We were then threatened with debt collection after raising our unhappiness, within weeks of having a baby. Defensive and did not acknowledge any errors. Unpleasant.
