I contacted Richard as I was having a big problem with all the devices which had just suddenly stopped connecting to the internet even though the 'hub' was working correctly. He talked me through how to test whether the problem was inside or outside my house and explained it brilliantly as I have a limited knowledge of all things technical ! All problems have now been resolved and the internet is up and running again. He has an amazing amount of knowledge and his pay-as-you-go support is very reasonable. Thank you so much for letting me hire a wheelchair for 24 hours so that I could take an elderly gentleman out for the day. The wheelchair was so easy to fold down to fit in the boot of my car and my elderly friend said it was very comfortable.
