Our poor dog was nicked during a grooming session. Our dog was crying after the sesh and we didn't understand at that time but noticed later at home. The shaving is also too close to the skin at places, giving an uneven finish. Our dog's nails were not clipped as well. Joanna was also quite cold to us although we arrived and picked up our dog right on time. Our dog hasn't been the same since the grooming session. I don't think she understands what a teddy bear cut is and our fur ball now looks like a scrawny dog. The reasonable cost comes at the cost of well-being of your fur baby.
