I’ve been here before and usually had a good time, but this visit was a complete disaster. I ordered a chicken burger meal, got it on time, but the bun was completely burnt. At first I thought it might just be one side, but no—the whole thing tasted like it was charred. Absolutely unacceptable.

When I complained, a staff member took it back to the kitchen, came out, and instead of fixing the issue, had the nerve to offer me a dessert as if that somehow makes up for serving inedible food. Then I was told the kitchen was about to close and nothing could be done. That’s just ridiculous—if you can’t remake the food, then don’t serve burnt garbage in the first place.

Terrible service, zero accountability, and a really disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.
