This morning (4th April) I arrived at your premises, alarmed and concerned about a knocking noise coming from my daughter's car.

I was so very grateful that your colleague Stuart shared his time and advice regarding the problem.

More than that, he assured me he would do all that was possible to correct the fault, knowing that my daughter had to return to her home on Friday morning.

A front offside coil spring and top mount were replaced.

Please accept my very sincere and grateful thanks for coming to my daughter's rescue! I had no prior appointment but your early morning response was outstanding.
