Fails to keep a diary and attend his appointments. 23-3-24 advised a few days prior that he had forgotten that he was taking his girl friend to a show in Bristol! Can he do the 24-3-24 (a Sunday!!!). Agreed Ok my tenant will need the bathroom electrics (light & fan back) on asap. Sunday 24th 08:30am started texting advising "van had broken down". I offered to convey both him and his materials to the job! still no good as "I have my kit spread over several jobs". Has cost be £130 pounds in abortive electrical work!

Carried out an end of tenancy clean for me, did a superb job. Highly recommended!

I gave one star as I could not give zero. The management have provided the admin / reception staff with a system that when they book a triage call back an emailed false appointment is sent out. I turned up (having had to run to get there while unwell with a tooth infection)with their email in hand and was told “I was confused” the admin staff do not acknowledge any error with this and do not apologise, neither do Rodericks Dental their managers who after I complained struck me off as a patient. Whilst there I saw them turn an old man away who had obviously had struggled to walk there for an agreed prescription. He was told he could not enter as the person required was not there! The old man than begged them, as he said “my wife is unwell and has been waiting three days!” To no avail the young ladies (I use the term loosely) curtly rebutted and turned him away as they did me! Don’t let companies like Robericks who do not respect their patients, provide NHS SERVICES!
