Friendly guy but unfinished fitting of German kitchen. Fitted seimens dishwasher and fridge keep falling as not secured correctly. Dangerous. Had to order two extra panels as were fitted incorrectly. Plinth cut the wrong way around. Doors do not close correctly. Have been very distressed by this. He's promised to correct the errors and pay for repairs for more than 7 months but has said his van broke and now will not answer any calls. We offered to pick him up and drop off but he refused this. Has been more costly to us than the fitting was worth and it's been very upsetting. Sadly, we paid in full.
