A friend colleague of mine recommended lisa as i was feeling extremely anxious and full of self doubt about taking on a new position at work with alot of responsabilty. I was verys skeptical at first but i went with an open mind. We talked through what i wanted to gain from the session and how/ what i needed to let go of emotionally to benefit.
