Avoid—especially for delicate or padded items.
I took in a puffer jacket labelled “dry clean only” and expected it back in the same condition, just clean. Instead, it came back visibly damaged (significant loss of padding and structure) and still dirty on the sleeves.

I was told it would come back “even more puffed up,” with no mention of any risk. When I raised the damage, I was told “this can happen” and “it’s the risk you take, despite not being warned of this beforehand.

They then tried to blame the issue on wearing the coat in the rain, which is absurd given that’s exactly what this type of coat is designed for.

I gave them a chance to fix it. The sleeves were cleaned on the 2nd attempt, but the damage remained. After a prolonged discussion, I was refunded the cleaning fee, but no responsibility was taken.

Poor workmanship, no accountability, & contradictory explanations throughout. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to think twice before using them.
