Having used many different Motor Dealers, Garages and Mechanics with varying degrees of success, I have now found the best mechanics in Birmingham at Autoworks Hq in Kings Norton. They have consistently delivered an excellent experience which is focused on happy as well as satisfied customers. The entire team work together to deliver the best results and on my many visits, they have always exceeded my own high expectations. All of the repairs completed on my vehicles over several years have been perfectly done and for a very reasonable cost. I would not consider taking my cars elsewhere and would recommend Andy, Stacey, Fay and all at Autoworks Hq for every service that they offer. As the title suggests, the Team at Autoworks Hq are the very best at what they do!

From the very start, Steve was punctual and precise in his dealings with me. My sofas were taken in a state that could be best described as "ready for the tip". Steve and his colleague Jane moved everything for me and even helped with what would work best to give our sofas a new lease of life. Our entire suite (which seats up to 10 people) was recovered and rejuvenated in no time at all. The quality of Steve and Jane's work is simply the best. Our suite was returned to us looking as good as new. When I considered what they looked like before going to Steve, the finished result was nothing short of a miracle. We have had visitors who have complimented on our "new" sofas such is the quality of the work which has been done. I am very, very pleased with Sofafix, Steve and Jane. Together, they changed our sofa suite from an embarrassment into something we can once again be proud of. I would strongly recommend Sofafix for any as well as all of your upholstery needs.

Fast Fit Auto Centre are a welcome change to the larger Garages/Autocentres chains. Booking could not have been easier or more professional. As soon as they were aware of my needs and details, I got a welcome call/confirmation of my booking. Dropping off my vehicle was easy and Fast Fit are ideally placed on Vicarage Road, Kings Heath. The service I received was brilliant! My car was serviced & Mot'd well within the time given at drop off. Some additional work was required and Richard called to advise me of this BEFORE undertaking the work. The additional work was explained to me and was done at a very reasonable rate. Best of all, the price paid was the price I was quoted, there were no nasty surprises or "add ons". Overall, Richard and his Team really delivered against all of my expectations, by some massive margin. I would absolutely use them again and would confidently recommend them for any/all vehicle maintenance/service/MOT requirements. Thanks for doing a great job!

We had a massive issue with a severely blocked drain. Despite several attempts made by us to clear the blockage, we remained up poop creak without a paddle (quite literally). Alan and Flowrite Drainage came to our rescue and did an amazing job at a very reasonable rate. Alan was bang on time, went straight to work and had the blockage cleared in no time at all. He then went above and well beyond my expectations by cleaning all the raw sewage which had leaked out due to the blocked drain. All of this was done for a price which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Alan and Flowrite Drainage for any as well as all your drainage needs!

I happened to walk past the Shoe Repairs kiosk and remebered that I needed a small alteration done on a belt. I asked the gentleman at the kiosk (who I assume is the owner) if he could help, immediately and with a smile he said he could. Minutes later he was done and I asked him how much I owed? The reply was unexpected as he said "nothing". Just goes to show that kindness does exist in this world! Thank you to the very kind gentleman, for restoring a little of my faith in humanity.

Following a no fault accident, my insurance company put me in touch with Kindertons and advised that they would manage my claim. From start to finish Kindertons exceeded every expectation that I had. They were in constant contact, providing useful updates and throughout, nothing at all was too much trouble.
