Having contacted Carl for a boiler service I found him to be very efficient with the appointment making. On the day of the service he was on time, came in and got on with the job. He was also very knowledgeable when answering my questions regarding our current boiler. Once the service had taken place he left the area clean and tidy so I was pleased! I phoned up 2 weeks before my sons birthday party to ensure I had the number of helium balloons I needed. As promised when I arrived the balloons were waiting for me. Having two pre-school children you made the process very easy by making a home visit at a time to suit us, then once discussing the benefits of each carpet type leaving samples for us to decide. I am so pleased with the new carpet and especially the attentive fitting. You took care around the newly painted skirting boards and ensured that everywhere was tidy before leaving.
