Despicable customer service earlier on today. "Know it all", arrogant and unhelpful. Shouting and speaking over the customer. Not ideal at all and certainly not welcoming.

Delighted with the communication, estimate, detailed description and outstanding quality of work. I was quite sceptical initially but now not only we recommend this company and it’s owner and his team but we have contracted them for some additional work in our other property. Trusted, polite, knowledgable but above all most professional.
