I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my car to Shakespeare Centre for an engine leak repair,and it was an absolute nightmare! I had hoped to have my car fixed promptly and efficiently, but instead,I was met with incompetence and dishonesty.
Firstly,the garage failed to address the engine leak properly. Instead of conducting the necessary repairs, they resorted to a quick fix by APPLYING SILICONE ALL OVER THE ENGINE.
The mechanics blatantly lied to me about replacing certain parts that were supposedly causing the leak. Upon inspection by another trusted garage, it was revealed that none of the mentioned parts had been replaced. It is unacceptable for a garage to provide false information, false invoices and deceive customers in such a manner!
hey made me visit them for ten consecutive days, claiming that they were diligently working on the problem. However, it became evident that they were simply stalling and had no intention of properly addressing the issue.
