The whole experience was fantastic - everything from the beginning to the almost-completed end was smooth and hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with at the company was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even though I'm in Liverpool, the surveyor, Mr. Rahman, showed up on time for the appointment and even delivered the inspection report the same day! I couldn't ask for more. Both the customer service team and Mr. Rahman were always available to answer my questions by phone and email, even outside of regular hours. I highly recommend their services!
