Called around a month ago wanting a quote for fitted wardrobes. Spoke to a lady who answered the phone, said someone will call back to arrange an appointment. Never heard back from them. It’s basic customer service to call a potential customer back, even if it is to say you are too busy and cannot do the job 👎👎
