J Dalby and Son have undertaken a number of projects that I have been involved with, all of which have been carried out with a level of quality and efficiency that would leave me more than happy to recommend them in the future. They have a level of proven attention to detail and understanding of the building process that is very welcome, and sets them apart as contractors one can have good faith in. The projects that I undertook with Dalby's were medium scale commercial projects in the Newcastle area. They were professional and down to earth in all matters, always able to work hard to resolve any issues arising, and both fair and clear about cost and time matters. This makes a project a more fulfilling process as a designer, as an associated sub-contractor and a satisfying one too for the client and final building occupier. J Dalby and Son are in my opinion an excellent choice for a wide range of small, medium to larger scale commercial projects, or projects of a similar genre.
