This is a fantastic shop where they take great care and attention to provide a great and invaluable service. My partner and I have a nice selection of watches and after using the Uttley's we are reluctant to take our watches elsewhere now! No job is too big and no job is too small. They recently adjusted a bracelet on a fine watch I bought for my son. Despite me getting my son's wrist measurement wrong twice Uttley's did not not hesitate to make it right (without extra charge). Last of a dying breed of small businesses who place customer satisfaction at the heart of what they do.
