Shame about staff

Came to cuts as heard good reviews, good service it's a shame about the ignorant tyre fitter, very rude and spent most of his time on his phone arguing. So much for service with a smile won't be returning
Our service is second to none and thats the important factor along with the price ,all i can do is apologise on behalf of the garage for the gentlemans behaviour this is not our norm !!!!! and to add a little background one of our members of staff is going through a very hard time at the moment through no fault of his own once again all i can say is so so sorry and if i can make it up to you please call in and give me another chance you wont regret it !!!
