Jordan provided a service that was in my opinion outstanding from start to finish. He was courteous, polite and for a young man exceptionally knowledgeable. He kept us updated with information relating to our boiler installation and worked tirelessly to ensure we had our utilities back and operational within the working day. I don't normally give a 'full house' as there is in everything always room for improvement. What could Jordan have done better? Again, in my opinion...nothing. He was outstanding in all aspects. I will have no hesitation in recommending JS to everyone I know.
