Ordered a product brother item was misdirected to another household but royal mail Sent me a pic of delivery proof which wasn't my door their site states that seller must claim/chase in case of problem I phoned up shop they said I should either go to other address or ask post man to problem is I didn't know which house Sent to also house bound disabled so couldn't anyway didn't answer emails finally sent them one telling them to keep the cash as it has stressed me out very poor customer service avoid at all costs
