I booked in for a colour treatment and restyle here a week ago. I checked the price beforehand and was told £55. I arrivedon time for my appointment but the stylist was running late so I had to wait about 20 minutes before she prepped me for my colour. I asked for a half head of low lights and the stylist put in about 10 foils then put a toner on top. When it was done I could not see much difference but as it was dark I thought I would wait until daylight to check the results. I then instructed the stylist on my restyle and she took about 5 minutes to just snip here and there and then blow dried. When I paid the bill I was then told the cost was £75 which I felt quite excessive for the service I was provided and different from what I was told at the consultation but I didn't argue. Since then I have checked the colour and it hardly shows up at all and no one can even tell I have had my hair done. All in all a very disappointing service.
