I am more than satisfied by Phil’s service - having assumed my Dyson v40 could not be repaired, Phil reassured me that it probably could be. He then made the vacuum cleaner work perfectly again - a great saving on the cost of replacing it, so great value for money. I learned a lot from Phil about how to my Dyson works, and how to look after it. Phil is informative, professional and friendly; I recommend his service very highly, and will ask him to service both our Dysons next year.
