Quoted £288 for servicing my Mercedes, they charged me £364, when I queried the bill they said the extra was for 20 litres of ad blue at £1.20 per litre (not surprising as he had gallons of it stacked up outside his office) and £48 for changing the brake fluid. I instructed them when I took the vehicle in not to do any extra work without my permission as the vehicle had only done 14000 miles, their response was a shrug of the shoulders, I won’t be going back!
