I employed this organisation to remove spray foam insulation from our loft. They assured me that they would do all they could to preserve our roof under-cloak. Within 5 minutes of their arrival they told me that they were unable to preserve the under-cloak and proceeded to remove both the spray foam and under-cloak, leaving tiles only. Eleven months later and I've had to replace my entire roof covering. What a waste of money. Felt under-cloak cannot be preserved when removing spray foam that is adhered onto it. Don't let them convince you otherwise. Also, don't expect them to respond when you tell them that you have a roof leak (we had numerous). They'll ignore you.

A couple of weeks from exchanging contracts on our house sale, our roof started to leak. It was an old roof, and we decided the best option was to replace it rather than attempt a repair and try to convince the buyer that it was okay.
